Before Your Order Arrives

Changed your mind before delivery? You can cancel an order yourself at any time before it's marked Delivered — go to My Account → Orders and select Cancel. Any payment already made is refunded through the process below.

After Your Order Arrives

1. Within 30 days of delivery, open a support ticket (My Account → Support) or contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team reviews the request and lets you know the next step — this may include sending the item back to us.
3. Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we process your refund and confirm by email.

• Items that are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging
• Personal care, beauty, and hygiene items that have been opened
• Orders reported after the 30-day window has passed

Refund Method

Refunds are sent back the same way you paid — by bank transfer to the account you paid from, or reconciled against your Cash on Delivery payment. You'll see the refund's status update in your account once it's on its way.
